Phrases conditionnelles - Type 2

Les phrases conditionnelles de type 2 sont structurées avec un verbe au passé simple dans la proposition subordonnée en 'if' et 'would' suivi de la forme de base du verbe dans la proposition principale, comme dans "If I had a car, I would drive to work." Elles sont utilisées pour discuter de situations hypothétiques au présent ou au futur considérées comme improbables ou irréelles, permettant au locuteur d'explorer les résultats possibles de ces scénarios imaginés.
